You haven't mentioned what level so I'll take you up high bot not a 10 as that involves breaking limits.
You must give yourself a wedgie with girly panties, you can then dress normally but stay wedgied for the whole task. Now find a field (ideally ploughed up and muddy) or some woods whichever is safer, take off your shoes and walk through the field/woods for 15 minutes.
Every 5 mins including at the end you must get on your hands and knees and oink like a pig for one minute and roll over in the mud.
After 15 minutes walk back to your car and you can now wash your socks by pissing on them. Take them off and put at least one sock in your mouth and drive home.
