Do you mean like a place where you can't post an ad to find a partner but can discuss D/s topics? If so, I think we already got that with the S/M Lounge. But I'm not sure if that's what you meant

Ferret, a M/s relationship and getting dares are 2 completely different things (to most at least). You still can ask for dares in TorD online, that's the purpose of this section.
