This one must be done on work/school day...
And yes no underwear.. and no jeans only cotton pants...
And when u r at Ur work/school u CANNOT use the time window if it falls during Ur breaks(like lunch break or any kind of break when people tend to go to toilet)u will wait till the break get over and then wait more 10mins before u can go..
U must drink two full glass of water before u go to bed...
And start Ur day with 1l water..
And another 2 when leaving Ur house Fr work or school...
u must use only public transport... walk as much as possible... No crossing legs or holding Ur crotch...
And from then u must flip a coin every hr... If u get a heads u will drink 2glasses within next 10 mins.. u can't have two tails in a row... If u have a tail in an hr... The next hr is automatically a heads
And also whenever u get a cl on Ur cl u drink a glass..(u can take only few sips if u get too many calls)...
and also wen some one calls u with Ur name 200ml water in u..
Other than this u r welcome to drink when ever u r thirsty..
