Avoid changing naked in front of people at all costs.
Although, I kind of do enjoy being alone in a public lockerroom because of the risk involved if someone walks in. Sometimes I get naked in a lockerroom for one minute just for fun.
Otherwise, no public showers or change rooms for me.
