Go to your fridge and close your eyes (be careful obviously). Spin yourself around slowly 3 times to disorient yourself a little and then reach into your fridge. The first thing you touch, pull out. Put it behind you back and open your eyes.
Walk to the shower in just your underwear.
Once there, close your eyes again and open up what you pulled out and dump the contents in your underwear. Wait 3 minutes and then you may take a cold shower (underwear still on) for a few minutes. After your nice and cold, messy, soggy and wet, you may clean yourself up.
