ok each time you click your toes or knuckles/fingers you have to paint that nail a colour and if you crack that knuckle/finger then you have to paint it a different colour. and each time you crack your spine you have to do 10 situps to make up for it.
one of my other bad habits is that i can drink to much alcohol.
