Panstspoop loses
Loser will watch a movie drinking an amount chosen by the winner. If he/she fails to hold his/her pee the winner will give him a diaper punishment and anytime already being spent in a diaper will be doubled. If he/she wins they will be allowed to give previous diaper punishments to the one who won.
