Put a cake in your undies in the rear and a muffin in the front, keep it in there all day. You may need to tape up the openings. After 18 hours have passed you may remove your undies now lick them clean. You may not remove your undies during this time unless you need to poop but no wiping.
Now put them back on for another 24 hours. you may not shower during this time.
