I am going to close this thread for the time being.
Depp owns the site and frankly, it doesn't matter what the reason is, he has advised that he would prefer to have NO nudity or even NO photos as opposed to relaxing the rules on nudity. It doesn't matter what the law says in any part of the world, because Depp decides the law of getDare and he has spoken on both issues.
