6 players; 2 losers... The losers get together and make the group and add the other 4. The 4 winners can come up with a contest to have the two losers compete to get an ultimate loser. Ultimate loser is then used by everyone and made to go by a humiliating name; the other not ultimate loser can use the ultimate loser
