Might as well mention the other modifiers I thought of, maybe for later..
Loan shark: you can orgasm without required points by bringing yourself into a negative balance. (limited to - 50). If the balance remains negative for 24 hours however, your debt may get called in. This means people may select any item from your list, to be completed asap, until balance is 0.
Begger: you may beg for orgasms at a discounted cost. People can grant, potentially with strings attached.
Market price orgasm: the cost of an orgasm may fluctuate between 5 and 50. Each day flip a coin and roll 6 sided die. If heads the price goes up by the dice amount, if tails it goes down.
