Just finished some of those odd locations for those pinchy things.
5 min on each nostril, 5 min on my left side, which was hard to get stick. I kind of had to hold it there so it wouldn't just clip off. Same for the inside of my elbow for 5 minutes. People who gave those two locations much have much more loose and elastic skin than I do to be able to get a grip.
