She should definitely be barefooted as sandpaper in shoes I have tried and no discomfort also barefooted will humiliate her more as people will observe. But master decision of course.

It depends how you wear your shoes. Try doing the task in shoes slightly too big with no laces. It works and trying to keep shoes on that are a bit big with no laces is humiliating slut can attest to that
