Expect 2 hours(eating and bath), when you are not doing anything related to work you must tie your hands front but to a crotch rope(long rope for hands and pass this to a crotch rope....)
So each hand on one side and do the household work that way only ....
When outside no hands tied but wear anything above crotch rope...
You may remove it while sleeping but sleep should not last than 7 hours........
