These ones were pretty good basics. I followed all of them.

For the one hour that I had to sit on my naked ass, I was in the living room on my couch. I took a blanket to cover my body from below waist and pulled my shorts down upto my knees.

It was pretty scary but fairly manageable.

I used the bathroom twice in that time. Since there was no instruction on locking the door, I locked it, stripped naked and used the washroom.
