While at the gym, listen to a playlist of hypnos to make you train more/harder/sexualize the training during your WHOLE training and the way to and from the gym. Keep it at the max volume, as if you were listening to music.
When you end the training, before going back home, go to the changing room, find a hidden spot (if you can't find one hidden enough, skip this step) and edge 3 times.
