Done. Thanks for your concern about me not drinking enough - I rarely do, and it is even rarer that I do drink from british tablespoons (don't have any). Done, though - and I'm presumably about 90% water by now. I drank 4 glasses this morning, and 5 glasses just a few minutes ago, and I really think I should have drank more evenly throughout the day though.
