edge every day you are in denial 6 times, 3 must be before bed


every time you do something you should not spank your ass 20 times, 10 on each cheek, while saying, after each spank, how sorry you are about what you did and that you will not do it again
if you repeater the bad action double the previous punishment for that action (first time 20 spanks, second time 40 spanks, third time 80 spanks,...)
