Allright drink 1l of water 30 min before your run. Then fill your diaper with flour and go on your run. You have to get back dry within one hour.

If you dont get back before(1h or wet) your next run fill your diaper with itching powder. If you make it back before 1h and wet your next run will be with an itching powder filled underwear(no diaper) youll also drink again, better get back this time
