Each person copies the rules from the previous and adds a rule to the growing list until somebody BOOMS. Then the person above the boomer must follow these rules for a week (or possibly any other time loser and winner can agree upon).

Make the rules doable within a normal daily routine and within most reasonable limits so that most can always do them.
