To help pass the time, get some fine-grained sand paper (or a scouring pad) and “gently sand / scoure” your nipples: 2.5 minutes clockwise, then 2.5 minutes counter clockwise. As soon as you finish, apply toothpaste liberally to both nipples and don’t wash off for 32 minutes, feel free to kneel and edge at least 5 times to help pass the time waiting
