I want you to do research on how many micrograms of vitamins and nutrients there are in certain nuts. I've been putting it off for about a week but after reading your thread just now, you do it for me. Here are two list: one with the nuts and the other with what might be in the nuts. Make sure to use the right units (micrograms/milligrams/grams)

List 1:
- Almonds
- Hazelnuts
- Macadamia nuts
- Brazil nuts
- Pecans
- Walnuts
- Pistachios
- Cashew nuts
- Mulberries too actually

List 2:
- Energie [kcal]
- Fat
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin B1
- Vitamin B2
- Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
- Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid)
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B8 (Biotin)
- Vitamin B11 (Folic acid)
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin K
- Calcium
- Phosphorus
- Magnesium
- Copper
- Fluor
- Chrome
- Iodine
- Iron
- Mangaa
- Molybdenum
- Boron
- Selen
- Zinc
- Potassium
- Sodium
- Chloride

I hope this is not too big a job for you.
