For anal i recommend you get some training plugs they usually come in a pack of 3 or 5 depending on what you get usually in order of very small, small, medium, large, as a kind of example. As for what type i recommend silicone since they are soft and can help squeeze and move with the ass better also check your lube since silicone toys are not compatible with silicone lube. For preap i recommend lots of lube and start off by rubbing tour ass with your fingers and start to put one inside and keep rubbing when you think you are ready try to put in a 2 finger and keep going. After that you should then try putting in the smallest plug and see how your body responds to it and adter a while if it feels comfortable then try a larger plug.
Also 2 other things
1. If it hurts at any time stop and try again the next day you dont want to hurt yourself.
2. It can easily be verry messy i recommend you also get something that can clean out your ass and use it in a shower.
