Well a punishment should be mean, so:

Sometime in the next 48 hours you will drink a liter of water and wait 20 minutes. You are not allowed to go to the toilet as soon as you start drinking.

Then you will change your diaper and put on old pants under the diaper. You can wear whatever you want on top, but it can only reach up to your ass cheeks. You will now go out and walk for 30 minutes, moving further and further away from your house or car. Meanwhile, you'll keep cutting a bit of your pants with scissors. When the time is up, you'll cut the pants so badly that you won't be able to wear them anymore.
