Seems like a nice idea, it could potentially lead to some bumping of fairly old threads though without people noticing the dates when threads where posted. Not too sure how well that'd nessisarily work with all of the more custom aspects of adds that we now have compared to say, 3 years ago.
It also wouldn't factor in for outright customised titles, though they may be few and far between, they would be very likely to get over-looked unless things where kept in very strict parameters.
