Let's choose a time of day to do this date, every day this date will be done as close to this time as possible.
Do a set of 100 naked jumping jacks in front of the window.. If the window has a light curtain leave it closed, with a light on in the room.
This way people may see your shadow.
Tomorrow do the set of 100 with the curtains in and room lights out. Maybe the moon or street lights will be bright enough.
Third night do your set of 100 with curtains open and all the room lights on, your back will be towards the window.
Forth night is the same as the third, but you are facing the window.
Fifth night, all but one light will be off in your room, that one light will be shinning on the back of your body while facing away from the window.
On the final night. It will be the same as last night, but your facing the window with the light illuminating the front of your body.
