You may pee into the toilet, but not directly.
Take a shot glass into the bathroom, stand away from the toilet and pee into the shot glass. DON'T LET IT OVERFLOW! Empty the shot glass into the toilet and repeat until you are empty.
Mop up any spilled pee with your tongue.
