get a cheap electric toothbrush that you don't use for brushing your teeth and when you get in the shower insert it into your ass and turn it on (this could be done for both sexes) shower normally, when you are finished showering you can remove the toothbrush and turn it off.
if the toothbrush falls out while you are in the shower you must ask someone for a punishment
