1. Loser has to listen to this(

2.loser must be naked when listening
3. Listener must be blindfolded and wearing noise cancelling headphones
4. Listening must be done daily for a week.
5. If the listener misses a day, they must double the listening time the next day to make up for it
6. Loser May choose to listen to 45 minutes of other dog hypnosis instead of the 30 minutes of the original file
7. Loser must also wear a collar around their neck while listening to either dog file
8. loser must have something in his ass with a diameter of >1cm while listening
9.loser must eat dog biscuits after listening
