If your experiencing feelings like that for your sister, Dude you got to get out more and meet some NON-RELATED girls to fantasize about. If you don't go to school to meet them there must be somewhere you can go, a youth center, YMCA, church, I don't know but don't mess with your sister man it's just so wrong. You mess up a relationship with another girl and so what life goes on, you mess up with your family and it's for life. In most cases your sister will be your sister for life and it's best to keep a good, clean, loving, fun relationship not screw it up with your raging hormones.
