Get some flour ,about a drinking glass worth of it. Put it in a bowl and add a good amount of water, maybe half the glass. Use your hands to mash it up. You should get a consistency of playdough after a while.
Now, kneel over the bowl and empty your bladder into it. Start mixing with your hands again. The mix will thin. You should have the equivalent to something just thicker than soft serve ice-cream. If it's too wet, add some more flour.
The end result is a disgusting mix of flour and pee. And pour it down your panties, and wear it for 4 hours.
