This is my first person above thread so i hope this goes well.

The title is pretty self explanatory. The person able give a description of what they are wearing and the person below determines if that is an acceptable outfit to wear.

They are allowed to do what they what with your outfit. They could add pieces, they could take some pieces away. They could even get rid of your outfit all together and give you a brand new one as long as the new pieces or outfit are within limits.
