So, basically, this is a variation of the Loser Has To... thread. This is how it works. The first person says I'm in, followed by the second person saying the same thing. The third person comes in, tells who lost, gives that loser a punishment. That way, you don't now what it will be. Easily told:
Person A: I'm in!
Person B: Me to!
Person C: A lost. His punishment is ___.
Person D: I'm in!
Person E: C lost. His punishment is ___.
And onwards...

So, I'll start: I'm in!
