I've been lazy lately, so I grew a littly belly..
I was well shaped before (still are but not that
-effect on girls anymore)
So girls out there I need some workout dares, with punishment or better tell me what you reward me with when I do it...
My daily training is a bin block and belly block and pushups
Feel free to dare me for new exercises, unfortunately no fitness gear at home, and no fitness club available...
Possible: 1-7 from bin block, 1-7 from belly block, pushups, sit-ups, long term handstands, split-stretching, kneebends, and so on...
But please be serious not 1000 Sit-ups, etc.. maximum 5 Minutes...
e.g.
belly-block 5-7 5 repititions
10 pushups
reward: Writer will edge twice when getting feedback
punishment: dont wear underwear
