since you did not specify level of difficulty...guess it is up to me.
when you wake up tomorrow, no peeing for 2 hours and drink 4 ounces of warm water every 15 minutes. After 2 hours, tie a shoe lace around base of cock & balls as tight as you can tolerate and get nice & hard. Using a glass no larger than 6 ounces, kneel and relieve your self into the glass. When glass is 2/3s full; stop peeing & drink it all as fast as you can; repeat until your no longer have to pee. (PM me details if you do not mind!)
