I dare you to get a clock\watch and time yourself doing 30 press ups, 50 sit ups, and 70 squats (naked). Once you have finished lay in bed all hot and worn out then masturbate for EXACTLY 6x the amount of time it took to do the exercises. Do not cum untill the time is up and do not stop untill the time is up.
Clearly the longer you take doing the exercises the longer you have to last masturbating. You will have to consider how to make a good balance of time and work.
