You should be able to just use the following:

All new topics by the looks of things is http://www.getdare.com/bbs/external.php?type=RSS2
All new topics by forum are http://www.getdare.com/bbs/external.php?type=RSS2external.php?type=RSS2&amp;f orumids=<idnum>

I don't see one for all replies though

Most browsers should automatically show them as being available (apart from IE6 probably)
