Well, i decided on using the wooden spoon, a nice large one, about a foot and half long with a nice thick spoon part. Set about doing my 107 strokes and quickly discovered that it hurt, quite a bit in fact. And i loved it. Absolutely loved it. Last couple of strokes i got a little zealous and now my balls are quite sore. Hmmph, oh well, the nice shade of red they are right now is its own reward.
