- At least once this week: Fill a condom with your poo, use you new shit-do to make yourself orgasm, smear some across both tits and then return all of the shit from the condom back where it came from. Hold it there for atleast 15 minutes, while playing with yourself, before you can finish shitting.
- At least once, smear your poo into you scalp as if it were shampoo. Need to go from your dirty blonde (I think) to a brunette using just you poo as hair dye. Wash off using only pee.
