1. Loser chooses which device(s) get parental controls.
2. Potato lasts 1 day per line
3. Boomer can choose which parental control to use
4. Boomer can use teamviewer or anydesk
5. Boomer may, if they want to, add additional rules that enforce the status and restrictions given to the loser with the parental controls, (an actual bedtime, or content restrictions or requirements outside of what parental controls offer, etc)
