You must tape your underwear shut at the bottom and then fill it with the following:
- 5 scoops of ice cream
- A bottle of honey
- 2 bananas
- 3 tins of sardines
Then tape the top shut and you will sleep like this the whole night and then wear it for the whole day after that.
