Go to a store and buy a new bottle of bright colored nail polish. After you buy it, go to a different store (that sells sandals/flip flops) and go in a restroom stall, and paint your toenails. Once dried, go find a pair of shoes that would show your toes, and try them on. Try to find a place where nobody will see you (but maybe they will). You do not need to buy the shoes.
