The wording of the rules is badly written - but it has generally been accepted to mean that if there is more than one winner and loser, only 1 loser get punished per winner (I need to think of a better way of doing it for v4 at some point)
Most boys just don't question it and do any punishment that I post (if I don't name anyone!)
