For the rest of the year, you can only wear either a bra or panties but not both.
If you are not wearing a bra, you must wear a top that shows your cleavage. If you are not wearing panties, you must wear a dress or skirt that does not go below your knee.
You cannot go more than 3 days without wearing a bra or panties so you must alternate between the 2 options.
