Wear a cheerleader outfit and pie yourself in the face or crotch every 15 minutes. Rotate between the 2 so first time you hit the face then after 15 minutes hit crotch etc. make sure you aren’t wearing underwear and you’re pieing under the skirt. Would love a report!
