Both loser and winner have to drink 1 liter of water winner has to hold for 1 hour and loser has to hold for 4 hours. Anyone that wets must be diapered for 48 hours. If one is able to hold it and one doesn't, the one who successfully held it determines 3 rules (limits apply) that the wetter has to follow. If both fail, time is doubled.
