You must put 3 tins of sardines in your underwear for the next 3 days. During this time you are not allowed to shower, take off your underwear, or wipe after you have gone to the toilet. Once the 3 days are up you can either eat the sardines or sleep with the underwear and sardines taped to your head for a whole night.
