Wear the same pink diaper for 24 hours. No toilet during this time so you better be good at holding it if you want to try and stay clean as long as possible. The next day you’ll be in the same diaper for 12 hours instead and then the next is 6 and the next is 1. Every day you must pee a full length pee into them as early as possible
