Drink five glasses of water, then immediately tie yourself naked and spread eagle to your bed. Do this at 9PM or as soon as you can after that if circumstances prevent it. You may not have blankets or pillows, though I insist you put a plastic cover over your mattress beforehand. You are not allowed to release yourself until noon tomorrow (or as late as you can if circumstances prevent you from staying there until noon). Once you release yourself, you may clean your bed using only your mouth and tongue.
Keep a method of early release near you the entire time in case of emergency.
