Hmm, realistic portraits, this gives me an idea  . Where do you usually paint? If it's at home or somewhere else with privacy, new dare: nude self portrait! I've heard painting nude subjects is the best way to get good at painting the human body. I don't actually know if it's true but it sounds fun!
